alright.. finally i can sit down and blog! let's start from Xmas eve.

i had to work at 10am.. reach there and help auntie with some stuff and it's really pathetic.. no guest de.. than my smart manager put 5 kitchen staff somemore (normally 2-3).. since i had a bbq wid my bros at night i volunteer to go off 1st so i punched out at 2pm.

meet mak and yang at 3.30.. went to cwp and meet kk, wen and glen.. realy muz thank glen this time to make the bbq a success.. his family helped us for tis bbq by getting wings, curry, fried rice and the kitchen for us.. so the rest came and we did some catching up.. looking back.. i guess i have know this bunch of bros for 7 years already.. i've really done alot of memorable things with them, the countless outing, the numerous time of chalet, tommy's wedding and i've been tipped to be the next guy to get married. LOL! life is unpredictable.. but i hope i will not be the next one XD

today is Xmas day! went to work.. biz is damn pathetic.. no ppl de... tis year's sales is so weak.. i hope my CEO will see how incompetent my manager is and change some structure in manna now.. it's chaos.. totally starting to hate the things happening around me.. i realise in the kitchen, the age of a work is more important than the skill a worker have.. it's all about respect inside the kitchen.. i know there muz be a certain level of respect, but of coz we have to sub the best person to the best station to make work efficiency.. but in manna we allocate working area according to the age.. fuck the system man~

meet up wid jiaen 1pm and headed to novena than went to Han's to buy sandwich for auntie irene.. after tat we proceed to tan tock seng ward 12C to visit her.. for those who don know.. auntie irene was a old lady working in country manna.. she's already 78 when she was retrench by manna becoz of our very cunning operation manager who wanted to get rid of her =\ but i muz say she's better than i expected after a knee replacement operation.. seems healthy and can talk..

after visiting her en treat mi starbucks de hot hazelnut latte.. quite nice eh.. went to a unknown shopping centre and walk around becoz we cannot enter MRT holding the HOT drink.. went to clarke quay wid her coz she need to buy a gift for ah bun.. than the time was 3.10pm than i keep staring at jiaen signaling her to be faster coz i thought i work 4pm today.. than i keep making sarcastic remark to her like "THANKS AR~ central was SO FUN~" and she feel damn bad.. than we chiong back to sembawang and i reached manna at 4.05..

i wear my apron walk around and relac awhile.. so i took the schedule file to see who i working wid the next few days.. than i ji tao hold the face and tio stun and smile at jiaen and say.. "pai sei.. i work 6pm" LOLOLOLOL~~ blunder of the year for mi.. Had culinary class this morning, after resting for 2 weeks.. today i didnt do my best in preparing my food and so.. the food result was really bad.. wasted keong and mine money, sorry bro. but we learn from our mistakes, i will try my best to focus.

today was quite a interesting day for me.. 1st time in RP the time was 2.20 and i still don even have 1 slide for my ppt and all my teammate left, tks mann for giving mi a space in his team.. basically my original team started the day with the mentality of doing nth and in E end we really do nth lo... damn power.

my 19 b'day has come to an end~ really wanna thank everyone who have celebrate, send their regards and wishes to me.

meet my HER 2 pm ytd and 1st stop is to plaza sing's yoshinuya for lunch. after tat we thought bras basah "shopping centre" was at rendezvous hotel tat side, so we happy happy walk down but things was so strange.. we end up walking to bugis from plaza sing.. omfg~ bo bian has to call for help (jia en) tks for her info which was not really info la~ HAHA. so we went to national library board there and wanted to take a cab to the "shopping centre" the cab driver look at us and swt than he point to the building next to us and say "tis is bras basah COMPLEX, there is not ' bras basah shopping center here!' sibei pai sei sia.. wtf.. hurry down the cab and went to the complex, i was trap at the shop 'artfriend' for 2 hours juz to wait for HER to see her things =.=" after tat we from bugis walk to chijmes wanted to have dinner there but the food isnt really temptings thus we headed to marina square and she finally picked the restaurant she wan to eat. kenny roger o_o"... after dinner went esplanade walk 1 round and went home~

went home bath after tat went to meet weili, von, joanne. went to kopitiam and drink tiger beer and they pass me a present from manna crew.. after tat weili got quite high and jia en came to join us, chatted wid them till around 1.30am~

i went to sch as per normal today, but left early to meet mak, yang, keong, glen for lunch and pool 1st, i'm really sorry i didnt help my team today.

so i meet up wid the mentioned ppl from above to have lunch at AMK S'11 kopitiam.. after tat went K pool, than we head to yishun to buy ingredient for dinner, spend quite sometime there because we were not really prepared for wat to buy but final damage is $90+ dollars for the dinner.

reached mak hse than mi and keong started preparing food for dinner :) quite happy wid the broth i make for steamboat today, juz anyhow buy 1 mixture + prawn shells + msg cube + ajimoto sauce = fantastic soup base o.O. food we ate tonight was: fish ball, meat ball, pork lean meat, chic breast, yong tau foo pattern de food, prawn, sotong, orange juice, apple juice and ice cool tiger beer =)

after dinner yun and tom had to left early and the rest of the guys was playing blackjack, than hang finally came to join us at 11.15 for cake cutting ceremony.. rofl~ cut my cake around 12 and all rushed off becoz last train was 12.18 =.=

i really wanna thank my bros for the celebration today, to be frank, it's the 1st time i spend my b'day wid friends having a b'day cake, i really hope our brotherhood will march as one, fight as one and die as one. knowing u guys was 1 of the greatest thing i could find for the exsistence of my life.
