tink updating this place everyday is abit worthless.. so few ppl tag = very few visitors also.
sat followed my bro and mum to toa payoh shuang lin temple.. coz my bro "fan tai shui" need to pray.. after tat actually wanted to go sakura eat buffet but my mum digestive system not very good cannot take buffet.. went to fortunate "yum cha" restaurant to eat dim sum.. very nice food seriously.. my rating would be 3/5, try it.
sunday was..... headache.. went to work and kinda sian.. no life there de.. no comments.. i ended work at 9pm and since i need to wait till 10pm for my HER to dismiss from work too, i went to NTUC and grabbed some food as i'm cooking dinner for family tonight.. actually at start i plan to cook lunch onli coz my dad very attitude onli accept chinese food.. but my mum say fark care him la juz cook and he will have to eat it -.-"..
so it's finally monday today.. went grandma hse in the noon and when i reached home i was busy preparing dinner.. wat's for dinner? since my dad who is always anti-western was eating.. i really do my best using all the things i have learnt in culinary and used some secret recipe i've learnt XD
i cooked
basil herb spag ( consist of scallops, prawn and taiwan sausage)
ambrosia salad ( consist of lettuce, pear, peach, apple)
1st NEW INVENTION: PEPCO bake wings ( cannot reveal ingredient cause for own usage only sorry)
2nd NEW INVENTION: LIQEGG in TOMATO ( if u research jap steam egg, they use sake but i change the rule this time by adding CHIVAS and VINEGAR plus some seasoning and pour it into tomato, trust me, the taste is heavenly)
so finally got time to relax and chill le.. tired day but my mum was really stun, my dad never complain sei, still commented my PEPCO wings was nice, egg is creative and salad need more taste onli. think i passed my test XD
tml having RP outing to gardenia factory.. will blog again =)

next u see chef chua~ newly invented dish~ LIQEGG in TOMATO but still need to make it nicer looking, the tomato was too cooked..
