TIME:
past 2 day is really like holiday to me.. slept till 11am, woke up for breakfast, surf comp, company mum to sun plaza buy some grocery, reach home continue using comp, and sleep..
today a bit more special.. i really feel myself rotting so i went for a jogging session at yang house de area.. onli run 800 metre than i feel like puking liao.. too long never exercise de result. so ppl who have not exercise for a long time better start doing smth =D
since i'm bored.. i juz tink of going to kitchen to do some chores.. have u guys ever drink lipton tea? i will teach u guys a better way to have ur lipton tea brew.. although it takes more tea, u get better result.
Firstly:
i'm a heavy drinker so i use 2 sachet, 3 equal sugar into a metal container and pour hot water to a level when ur sachet is covered by the hot water than u stir till sugar evaporate and leave it there to emo and enrich it's taste.
Second:
pour 1 cup of milk into the pot and warm it wid small fire till it's really hot.. than here's the trick, turn the fire to big for 3 second and than faster off the fire becoz in tat 3 second, the milk will have the sudden burst of foam, than next u put a spoon at the pot tip coz u onli wan the milk into the container and remain the foam in the pot.. after tat u stir as usual and pour it to a decent cup for better presentation and do a finishing by scooping the foam in ur pot to the top of the tea =D.
Lastly:
TADAH~~ a very unique brew of lipton is form and u can drink it, spending tat 10 minute really help u get a different sensation to the thing u might be drinking or eating, spend tat effort so as to get the best taste.
2nd thing i will be teaching would be baking a chicken! =)
firstly get 5 clove of garlic, 2 onion and a chic MSG cube than squash it.. if u have machine use machine but i prefer to use hand as u can see this is already a antique liao.. a manual grinder wor!
next u add chill powder, coarse black pepper and the squash thing in 1st step into the pot to marinate the chicken.. as for how much chilli powder and black pepper to put.. it's up to the person who's cooking =)
ok.. than the pandan leave u put under the chic on ur oven plate than the temperature would be 225 and timing is 40 minute.. very simple.. from the pic u can see some burnt thing.. tat's not the chic but the garlic.. it's perfectly normal don worry. =)
spending a few more minute to the normal food/drink u are consuming makes a different, i'm not a 5 star chef or whatsoever to teach u guys wat to do but tis R somethings i have learnt and u could put it to use at home..

actually all this while i feel neutral towards china ppl.. but.. recently my workplace suddenly have a new kitchen crew from china.. it changes my point of view on them suddenly.. i feel they R so..... cheap? shameless? LoL? they R hired for $900 per month, work 6 day per week and 10am - 10pm everyday..
At first i thought holiday coming liao than i can work more than can earn some money.. but now i'm even more pathetic than the china guy, he get to work and earn money but my manager onli let me work 2 days when i say i can work 5.. and total hours onli 9 hour which is $45.. fuck man..
anyway i'm having a migraine now.. no mood to blog le.. =.=

sorry for not blogging ytd.. worked till 9 than after work bath 11 like tat i meet yang and hang go mak house stayover le.. packeted mee hoon to eat and onli drank 1 can of beer becoz recently i really can feel my belly getting more "fu qi" liao.. damn it T_T

TIME:
wake up kinda early today.. need reach school by 9.45.. than get seated in bus and went off to singapore art museum.. saw quite a number of familiar faces: ryan, jasvin, dydy, vinod, sal and chris, and my culture faci for semester 2 was there too, ms leong
the visit was divided into 2 part, Singapore History Museum and Greek history fair too.. just boring la.. see see look look than 1.30 all fuck off liao.. =.=
after the event ryan, vinod and me went to plaza sing for lunch.. ryan wanted to eat long john so we went there.. my 3rd day eating long john continously liao.. omfg.. LoL~

TIME:10.30PM
to all RP students.. ur GPA is out.. go leo de nav. bar click admin than academic infomation to check ur GPA k. this semester i really think i deprove like crazy.. but my gpa was higher than i expected, i was thinking i would onli get 3.0 - 3.2 ( last semester is 3.4).. but when i enter.. i rub my eye and see again sia.. my cumulative gpa is 3.35... quite joyous that i did not deprove like siao and disappointed that i was not able to reach my target of 3.5 for this sem..
today was a very tiring day for me and my HER..
her sch also have attachment like poly but it will be one year duration and they have to find their own hotel from a list of 85.. 2 of the hotel requested her to go for interview today.
1st stop:we meet 9 in the morning and headed down to clarke quay as the hotel she had chosen was gallery hotel(behind zouk de area), a boutique hotel lai de.. boutique hotel means in the hotel, each room is actually different design de.. very special and expensive also.. i tink it's 4-5 stars.. the interview there was fast as the real person in charge was away lo.. wtf.. waste our time..
2nd stop: was done at 11 and next interview was 3pm.. took bus 51 to bugis than settled down at long john for lunch, cajun chicken is great as usual juz tat today they really gave me a very big portion.. 1st time eat long john i full sia.. XD
3rd stop: parkROYAL on beach road, a hotel promoted from 3 to 4 star. we don really know the way but i juz took the lead pretending i know =x ended up in arab street sia.. but actually the hotel was at the end of the street la.. lucky i never bring her to some stupid lol place if no i sure tio kan.. =.=
4th stop: reached the hotel.. it's been spilt to 2 sia.. 1 building is for singapore citizen to stay de.. call parkroyal residences, the other is parkroyal hotel.. quite style man.. the interview was long.. 1 hour plus, i was alone playing PSP at B1 de cafeteria.. drinking tea T_T
5th stop: BUY TOTO! LOL!! 10mill sia.. no buy no hope lei.. my HER de mother say today 3-5pm is dragon de lucky timing.. so i hope i win smth tml.. $20 also happy! :D
6th stop: walked from bugis tat area to city hall, finding place to eat.. could not decide among all the restaurants.. finally choose one that satisfied my HER, crystal jade's la mian and xiao long bao specialist. she had her "hong yu niu ro mian" while i had chicken soup wid plain la mian and order 2 other side dish. (gong bao chicken and xiao long bao) i'm gonna be a truthful food pundits guys. juz go for the xiao long bao.. the rest R juz wasting ur money.. their la mian taste like ban mian, nothing special.. but the xiao long bao is juicy and skin also very thin too, it taste better than ding tai feng one....
last: HOME!
it's quite tiring actually.. walked alot today.. tml having school outing again.. the museum.. wonder wat will happen. juz praying for a fun trip XD

today was fine.. not really busy so i'll blog.. the main activity i've done today was a visit to gardenia factory hosted by RP de.. got 2 NDA point.. not worth it actually coz i spend 4-5 hours in total juz to get 2 point.. but it's really cool seeing how bread R been made.. anyway, have anyone see people cant swallow whitebread before?! for once in my life i know of someone who cant do tat. chris u weakass.. LOL~ cant even swallow plain bread.. say very disgusting =.=.. wat's wrong wid hongkong peeps man~
ok.. let's go politic next.. recently got this relief teacher kana suspended becoz he post 5 of his student's "lousy" compo on the blog and a very famous SG website actually expose it and he really tio sack.. actually me and jin hang R active members in tat website.. it has all the happening and stupid issues happening around, do take time and click the link and see how retarded this forum is but most funny thing is, SG government R actually watching this website for juicy news happening around our neighburhood

tink updating this place everyday is abit worthless.. so few ppl tag = very few visitors also.
sat followed my bro and mum to toa payoh shuang lin temple.. coz my bro "fan tai shui" need to pray.. after tat actually wanted to go sakura eat buffet but my mum digestive system not very good cannot take buffet.. went to fortunate "yum cha" restaurant to eat dim sum.. very nice food seriously.. my rating would be 3/5, try it.
sunday was..... headache.. went to work and kinda sian.. no life there de.. no comments.. i ended work at 9pm and since i need to wait till 10pm for my HER to dismiss from work too, i went to NTUC and grabbed some food as i'm cooking dinner for family tonight.. actually at start i plan to cook lunch onli coz my dad very attitude onli accept chinese food.. but my mum say fark care him la juz cook and he will have to eat it -.-"..
so it's finally monday today.. went grandma hse in the noon and when i reached home i was busy preparing dinner.. wat's for dinner? since my dad who is always anti-western was eating.. i really do my best using all the things i have learnt in culinary and used some secret recipe i've learnt XD
i cooked
basil herb spag ( consist of scallops, prawn and taiwan sausage)
ambrosia salad ( consist of lettuce, pear, peach, apple)
1st NEW INVENTION: PEPCO bake wings ( cannot reveal ingredient cause for own usage only sorry)
2nd NEW INVENTION: LIQEGG in TOMATO ( if u research jap steam egg, they use sake but i change the rule this time by adding CHIVAS and VINEGAR plus some seasoning and pour it into tomato, trust me, the taste is heavenly)
so finally got time to relax and chill le.. tired day but my mum was really stun, my dad never complain sei, still commented my PEPCO wings was nice, egg is creative and salad need more taste onli. think i passed my test XD

sorry for not blogging ytd guys.. was working like a mad ytd.. i tink this is the highest sales reach by manna in history.. quite proud to be in the history team. LoL~~ sales was around 5.8k for ytd.. i'm lucky my HER have the mentality of everyday can be valentine coz seriously valentine is juz a day when restaurant anyhow charge high high and earn like wtf.. 2 pax need to pay around $80 juz for food from country manna, imagine other restaurant wid more fame.. the damage will be even higher.. suppose to work till 10 but too busy in the end i end work around 11pm
so after work my HER and I have "valentine dinner" too~ at boardway coffeeshop eating xiao wan mian! rofl~~ =.=
alright.. i got her a valentine day gift too.. here's the story:
i meet chris on Wednesday noon as he wanted to get smth for sal and me too for joyce.. he told me the place he wan to buy his bag was at raffles LINK or smth.. so i brought him there.. he say wrong -.-" than we continue to work to marina square but still wrong.. i was like wth~ told me got link in E end not there XD
we walked to suntec fountain and had lunch there. pepper lunch than continue walking from suntec to millennium walk but still cannot find the place he wan.. means it can onli be one place. raffles THE PLAZA and he say ya correct so we begin to hunt for tat bag.. but he say the shop disappeared liao..
headed down to d.g. and 1st stop. the cathay because i wanted to get my gift from there (see pic below) than headed to plaza sing as chris still haven got anything -.- but in E end there was a very elegant and shiny handbag/wallet and he got it ! wat's next? we watched a movie which both of us actually tinks no way we gonna watch it man.. CJ7~ lol.. quite a touching story la.. juz tat the show was film wid a very china essence tone..

tat day work was boring and jia en treated us sakae's rong yu sheng, not bad.

HUAT LA!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!
it's been so many many many days since i blogged.. i'm really busy.. cant online for long as I'm either working, drinking, visiting ppl or working for the past few days..
ok.. new year was as usual la.. 1st day was meant for relative.. busy whole day juz by visiting my relative..
2nd day nth big deal.. work my ass off the whole day and receive an ang bao from my boss.. ($20) after work went home to bath and change the headed to yang house to overnight to gamble and drink
3rd day was a sat.. i reach home at 5.30 am and slept all the way till 1pm.. woke up to eat and went to my 2nd uncle house for buffet.. reached semb around 10 and went over to nick hse for some gamble..
4th day was sunday.. was working and went home early coz i was going to tom house to bai nian follow by en house.. nothing much.. juz play some cards and mahjong and en was kind to offer her absolut blackurant for ME to drink.. XD
ok.. so new year was like this for mi.. 1 sad things was.. i lose money wherever i go.. total i lost 60+ for this new year.. not alot though but i'm really sad i never even win at 1 place! WTF?
ok.. gonna stop here.. juz DL WE08 for psp.. gonna test it.. XD

HELLO SINGAPORE~~
finally can sit down and blog~ ytd simply spend my day wid my brothers at tommy house to celebrate tom's son 1st month. indeed a joyous moment.. had buffet for lunch and dinner at foodcourt.. after dinner went to NTUC and buy chang beer.. it's cheap.. 24 cans only 41 dollars.. not even $2 for a can. few of us drank around 20 cans and left tom house around 11.30pm..
it's funny why some people still tink beer taste bitter.. been tinking why mak and me can drink more and i thought of something quite logical.. becoz our life R more bitter than beers. so tat's maybe why we could drink it smoothly.. the rest of the brothers may have ups and downs in life but they have never gotten shit for their live which i guess mi and mak have reached tat stage T_T
today suppose to meet the bros at 1pm to head to bugis and shop but my mum needed me to company her to NTUC and carry food coz she's inviting my relative to come and eat during 2nd day of CNY.. but i'm working tat day =.=.. ate lunch at jack's place today.. the set lunch is really worth it.. pay 15.20 - 17 dollar and u get a soup, main course, desert, coffee or tea~ was very full.. food is up to standard as always..
went to chinatown wid the bros + suling, victoria and yun.. not as crowded as i have imagine actually.. i thought it was gonna be like clubbing w/o aircon + uncle shouting.. but there was still quite alot of space.. was disappointed with dinner.. went to a place wid delicacy but ate subway.. 101% noobass strategy man.. don know wat to say.
brought this in NTUC today. Hoegarrden white beer, Belgium brew owns all beer i tink.. carlsberg, Heineken, barons, tiger taste like venom to mi now. beer i strongly recommend would be stella, chang beer, hoegarrden, asahi draft and sapporo =)

tired cannot describe my feeling now honestly.. i tink i shld describe my feeling now as all my nerve are freak out~ friday is really a killer day!

early morning had to get out of bed to go school and it was the last day with W34R!! both sad and happy at the same time.. i'm too tired now.. will blog about the peeps in my class the next post.. too tired now..

after school could not rest.. coz night time having BBQ at aunt hse.. had to do RJ althought class ended early.. after doing RJ my mum asked me to fetch my nephew from school.. than feed him and send him home..

after tat went aunt house BBQ.. freaking tired liao but I usually will be the one in-charge of cooking as there's a saying "got money give money, got energy give energy".. normally she pay for all the food so i'll juz cook and my mum will slack one corner and chit chat like no body business =.=..

mak was feeling down recently.. i've promised him to be there for him as always to all my other brothers.. feeling so damn tired i bo bian still dragged myself together with yang and go his house company him to drink, mak's brother joined us to drink for awhile too.. it was a night well spent with them seriously.. juz brothers sitting down drinking beer and chivas while smoking chatting about everything under the sun.. normally if there was more ppl we don really chat and everyone start doing stupid thing but ytd was juz purely chatting.. from 12+am all the way till 7am.. almost everything under the sun have been discussed by us. slept at 7 woke up at 11 and now finally i reach home.
wat a hardcore day.. and if the weather goes fine.. i'm going soccer at 3pm.. lol~! endurance training XD
juz now when going home.. saw yulong in his NS uniform.. omg.. he looks quite handsome in botak actually.. HAHA~
